I moved back to Llano, my hometown, after coaching a few years. I opened my own real estate office in 1985 and now have an office in Llano and Sunrise Beach, which services the Lake LBJ area. In addition to being a real estate broker, I am also a licensed real estate appraiser. Over the years, I have been active in civic activities and public office. My wife, Sherrie, and I have three children. Dawna is attending Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado where she is playing golf for the CSU Rams and is a chemical engineering major, Nathan is attending Texas Tech and is a civil engineering major, and Andy is still in Llano High School and plays football and basketball. I feel very fortunate to live in a place where so many good folks want to live or just come play. This area is full of history and I still enjoy hearing and keeping up with the many stories of Llano’s Legend and Lure.

I was lucky to have grown up in Llano County, therefore I can tell you first hand about the many benefits of living in this beautiful place. My husband, Mark, and I own CENTURY 21 Landmasters and we strive to share our love of this area with other people while making their real estate experience a positive one. I obtained my real estate license in 1985 and have extensive knowledge of the area. We live ten miles north of Llano near the Babyhead area. We have three children; Dawna is in college at Colorado State, Nathan attends Texas Tech and Andy is attending Llano High School. We feel that our children have benefited from the quiet, healthy, small town way of living and good schools. When I am not working or spending time with my family, I enjoy walking and riding my bike, cooking, and reading. |

My family and I have lived from central Texas to the Panhandle. I attended school in Anson and Clarendon where I graduated. No matter where we have lived, my heart and roots have remained in beautiful western Llano County with my family. While growing up, most weekends, holidays, and summers were spent with my grandparents just north of Castell. After graduation from Tarleton State University with a biology degree, I spent four years coaching high school football, basketball, and teaching biology in Nazareth and Crosbyton Texas.
While attending graduate school, I met my wife Judy. One week after getting married we moved to Llano where we both began teaching in the Llano School District. Judy taught kindergarten while I coached and taught biology in high school. Later we both earned our Master of Education degrees. We knew early on that Llano would be our home and the perfect community to raise our three children, David, Joel, and Carrie.
In 1980 I received my real estate license and began selling during the summer vacations. I eventually stopped coaching in order to spend more time with my family, and took a position of teaching junior high science. My entire life I have loved being outdoors, deer hunting, running hounds, and fishing. For the last twenty years while teaching I have run a small cow calf operation in western Llano County. My children and I spent many years successfully raising and showing lambs, and steers.
Recently after 32 years of teaching, I retired. In June 2006 I began working full time for Century 21 Landmasters of Llano. I am looking forward to spending more time hunting, fishing, feeding my cattle in daylight, doing church work, and building a real estate business. |

I have been in the real estate business for 30 years, selling properties in the beautiful Hill Country area. It is very rewarding to find the perfect place for each of my clients, regardless of their budget. Whatever your dream property is, I will take a personal interest in finding it for you. Many of my clients are now my friends, and I consider it an honor to help them with such an important process in their lives.
My family is very important to me, and we all share similar interests. I have two sons and four grandchildren. We love spending time in the outdoors; camping, fishing the Llano River, and simply enjoying the beautiful area we live in. We are lucky to have so many natural resources right out our back door! We have a lot of fun, and I love sharing my love of outdoors with my clients.
A national award winner with the Century 21 system every year since joining Century 21 Landmasters, Judy reached Centurion status in 2005 with over 8 million in sales. She is a leader in sales in the area, and continues to take her responsibility to her clients very seriously. |

My love for the real estate business began in 1977, when I first obtained my real estate salesman license. With a desire to continue my training, I became a real estate Broker in 1979. I was very active in the Midland market, until I moved to Granbury in 1996, where I continued my real estate career. In 2006, I was very happy to move to the hill country to be near my family. I found that the people in the hill country area were very friendly and kind, and I am excited about my new opportunity.
I have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer and have extensive real estate experience. Service and caring, backed with honesty and knowledge, are the backbone of my business. I have a wonderful, supportive family and love to cook, read, dance, and redecorate in my spare time. Life is good, and I look forward to many years in the hill country while I continue a career I enjoy very much. |

Originally from Uvalde, Texas, I spent most of my adult life in Wichita, Kansas. Even before the personal computer was commonplace, I became well acquainted with the workings of computers through my uncle who was a computer repair technician. Armed with this knowledge and the fact that Wichita is known as the air capital, it did not take me long to make the leap into the aircraft business.
After several years of working for larger companies, I decided to work for a smaller aircraft company and did everything from silkscreen printing to Director of Operations for 20 years. Once this company was sold and moved to California, I worked for several companies helping to implement Syteline, an ERP system, for manufacturing companies.
Once the children, Trevor, Tracy and Trenton, were grown and gone, I decided it was time to realize my dream of returning to my home state of Texas. With my mother and sister in Llano, my husband, Troy, and I happily settled down in a home just outside of Llano where we are raising our grandson, Wesley. In addition to our Llano home, we also purchased a small ranch between Cherokee and San Saba where we enjoy an occasional hunt and the wide-open spaces. |
