I moved back to Llano, my hometown, after coaching a few years. I opened my own real estate office in 1985 and now have CENTURY 21 Landmasters offices in Llano, Sunrise Beach, and Kingsland. Over the years, I have been active in civic activities and public office. My wife, Sherrie, and I have three children. Dawna is a graduate of Colorado State in Fort Collins, Colorado where she received her chemical engineering degree, Nathan graduated from Texas Tech in Lubbock, Texas where he received his civil engineering degree, and Andy is attending Texas Tech pursuing a Business degree. I feel very fortunate to live in a place where so many good folks want to live or just come play. This area is full of history and I still enjoy hearing and keeping up with the many stories of Llano’s Legend and Lure.

I received my Broker's license while in my early twenties and for 20 years I was a licensed general real estate appraiser. I enjoy following market trends and helping buyers and sellers make smart decisions concerning their real estate investments.

I grew up in Llano County, so I can tell you first hand about the many benefits of living in this beautiful place. My husband, Mark, and I own CENTURY 21 Landmasters and we strive to share our love of this area with other people, while making their real estate experience a positive one. We believe that our company is comprised of the best agents in the business, and are committed to superior personal service in every aspect of each transaction.

We live ten miles north of Llano near the historic Babyhead area. We have three children; Dawna is a Chemical Engineer living in Austin, Nathan is a Civil Engineer living in San Antonio, and our youngest son, Andy, is working on his Business degree at Texas Tech University. I obtained my real estate license in 1985, and have extensive knowledge of the area. I grew up on Lake LBJ, where my family was in the resort business. I love working with people and the real estate business gives me the opportunity to do that. When I am not working, I enjoy riding my bike, paddling the Llano River in a kayak or canoe, walking our two energetic dogs, and cooking for my family.

My love for the real estate business began in 1977, when I first obtained my real estate salesman license. With a desire to continue my training, I became a real estate Broker in 1979. I was very active in the Midland market, until I moved to Granbury in 1996, where I continued my real estate career. In 2006, I was very happy to move to the hill country to be near my family. I found that the people in the hill country area were very friendly and kind, and I am excited about my life here.

I have been a consistent multi-million dollar producer and have extensive real estate experience. Service and caring, backed with integrity and knowledge, are the backbone of my business. I have a wonderful, supportive family and love to read and redecorate in my spare time. Life is good, and I look forward to many years in the hill country while I continue a career I enjoy very much. I Live Here, I Love It, I Sell It!

While growing up, my family and I lived numerous places, from Central to West Texas. We even spent a few years in the Panhandle. I attended school in Anson and Clarendon where I graduated. No matter where we lived, my heart and roots remained in beautiful western Llano County with my family. While growing up, most weekends, holidays, and summers were spent with my grandparents just north of Castell. After graduation from Tarleton State University with a biology degree, I spent four years coaching high school football, basketball, and teaching biology in Nazareth and Crosbyton, Texas.

While attending graduate school in 1977 I met my wife Judy. One week after getting married we moved to Llano where we both began teaching in the Llano School District. Judy taught kindergarten while I coached and taught biology in high school. Later we both earned our Master of Education degrees. We knew early on that Llano would be our home and the perfect community to raise our three children, David, Joel, and Carrie.

In 1980 I received my real estate license and began selling during the summer vacations. I eventually stopped coaching in order to spend more time with my family, and took a position of teaching junior high science. My entire life I have loved being outdoors, deer hunting, running hounds, and fishing. For the last twenty years while teaching, I have run a small cow calf operation in western Llano County. My children and I spent many years successfully raising and showing lambs and steers. Recently after 32 years of teaching, I retired. In June 2006 I began working full time for CENTURY 21 Landmasters of Llano. I am looking forward to spending more time hunting, fishing, feeding my cattle in daylight, doing church work, and building a real estate business.

2007 was a very good year. I received the Century 21 Quality Service Award for customer satisfaction and The Hill Country Brokers Council Distinguished Agent Award. God continues to bless me in all areas of my life.

My husband Kenny and I are natives of the Hill Country. I was raised in Marble Falls and he was raised in Burnet. After several years away, when we had the opportunity to return to the Hill Country, we jumped at the chance to come back and make it our home. We have lived in Llano for about eighteen years and I know the area very well. We love boating on the lakes with our children and grandchildren. We live in the country and garden and raise boer show goats. We sit out on our back porch and watch the sunset in the evenings and know how fortunate we are to be able to live in such a beautiful place. That is why I chose to sell real estate, to help people find a place to live and enjoy the peace and beauty of our area. I am so lucky to have the opportunity to introduce new people to the Hill Country and help them find the place that makes them feel at home. Whether it is a home in town, waterfront property, or acreage, I am your friend in real estate and I look forward to working for you.

Real estate has been my life for the past 31 years while living in this beautiful Texas Hill Country. It is very rewarding to meet clients, find their ideal property, and fulfill their dream. Most of them have become personal friends and repeat customers. It is an honor for me to be able to service clients and I am thankful to be part of this important decision in their lives.

I have been a national award winner in the CENTURY 21 system since I joined CENTURY 21 Landmasters - Masters Ruby 2004, 2006; Masters Emerald 2003, and in 2005 & 2007 I reached Centurion status, the highest honor achievement. In 2005, my sales exceeded 8 million; in 2007 my personal sales exceeded 9 million.

Like my real estate business, my family means everything to me and I take it very seriously. I am fortunate to have two grown sons and 4 grandchildren, and one brother that is my mentor in family and leadership. We all love spending time in the beautiful outdoors fishing, camping, and relaxing on the Llano River. Family is living!

I love the outdoors, family, and friends. I appreciate my past clients and value their trust, and look forward to establishing new friendships with my future clients.

God bless America and our families.

Real estate has been a terrific career change for me. For many years I was in management with a large paging company. My husband and I had the opportunity to move back to Llano, and we owned and managed the Hungry Hunter restaurant. Later, I obtained my real estate license and I have enjoyed helping people find their dream property in the Texas Hill Country. Ron and I have three children and 6 grandchildren, whom we love spending time with. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, fishing on the Llano River, and traveling.

I am a native "Llanoan" and have been lucky enough to live in Llano most of my life. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Biology. I have worked as a Wildlife Biologist with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, rancher/feed dealer, and a bank branch manager. I have been in the real estate business serving Llano and nearby counties for the past 15 years. I sell all types of real estate but specialize in acreage, homes on acreage, and ranches. I enjoy showing our beautiful Hill Country and sharing my knowledge of the area. I work hard for my clients and many of them have become life long friends. My wife Jeanne and I are very active in St. James Lutheran Church in Llano and enjoy RVing the western states, and hunting and fishing as hobbies. If not working at my real estate job or in the yard at home, you will find me making improvements on the family ranch near the Prairie Mountain Community in Southwest Llano County.

If you would like to own a "little piece of heaven" in this "neck of the woods", come see me and we'll look for it together and have fun doing it.

Originally from Uvalde, Texas, I spent most of my adult life in Wichita, Kansas. Even before the personal computer was commonplace, I became well acquainted with the workings of computers through my uncle who was a computer repair technician. Armed with this knowledge and the fact that Wichita is known as the air capital, it did not take me long to make the leap into the aircraft business.

After several years of working for larger companies, I decided to work for a smaller aircraft company and did everything from silkscreen printing to Director of Operations for 20 years. Once this company was sold and moved to California, I worked for several companies helping to implement Syteline, an ERP system, for manufacturing companies.

Once the children, Trevor, Tracy and Trenton, were grown and gone, I decided it was time to realize my dream of returning to my home state of Texas. With my mother and sister in Llano, my husband, Troy, and I happily settled down in a home just outside of Llano where we are raising our grandson, Wesley. In addition to our Llano home, we also purchased a small ranch between Cherokee and San Saba where we enjoy an occasional hunt and the wide-open spaces.
